Craig Shatto

Craig strives to be the best in everything he does. He has been instrumental in the restoration and preservation on Bungalow Terrace in Hyde Park Tampa, and due to his hard work, Craig was able to obtain an historical marker and has been involved with the Seminole Heights and South Tampa Historic Committees. Also involved with Tampa Canal Dredging project, Big Brothers/Big Sisters,Rebranding and redesign of Sapphire National Golf Club, Sapphire Mountain Brewing Company and Other various projects.

Craig's professional background includes more than 14 years in positions as Commodity Manager and Art Director, as well as working in marketing and public relations with Bausch and Lomb Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Art's degree in Art History from the University of Central Florida, his Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from Lake-Sumter Community College, and his Associate of Art's degree in Liberal Arts from Central Florida Community College. His extensive training and business experiences provided Craig with an understanding of business management, negotiating strategies, effective marketing techniques and utilizing the latest technology available to the real estate industry-all the right tools needed to bring your transaction to a successful conclusion.

David Medich

Dave begins by listening carefully to what his client's have to say and remains focused on their needs, being accessible and keeping them informed from the signing of the contracts, to the closing table and all of the important steps in-between. Born and raised in the Midwest, Dave has made Tampa home since 1979. Upon receiving his BA from the University of Tampa, he became a tour representative for such music icons as Elton John, Bob Seger, and the Grateful Dead, responsible for all facets of on- site merchandise sales while on tour throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Years later, Dave founded and managed his own packaging sales and consulting business, helping clients such as Bausch & Lomb, Cardinal Health, & Kendall Healthcare develop projects from conception through design, production and completion. He brings an understanding that while individuals and projects each have their own unique requirements, the goal is always to manage the process to best serve the needs of the client.
